Mission:

The mission of All My Mascots is to provide a social way in which AI can have an amazingly impactful effect on a person’s mascot history and / or love for their current sports mascots.

No matter where you are or where you’re from, you likely grew up with mascots.

In the US, most of us started as early as elementary school, where we all got a mascot.  We then we went to middle school and also got a mascot, and then high school, of course, your final standard schooling mascot. Some people then went on to colleges, universities, or other institutions that have mascots. So all of our mascot history is unique and hyper personalized!

On top of all this is that if you ever grew up with a sports team in your city or that you liked somewhere else, you associated with that mascot. 

So as you can see, no matter where you are in the world, you have an array of mascots you likely followed.

My Mascots Story:

My story started when I was in elementary school and attended Carlos Coon Elementary, home of the mighty Koala Bear!

That’s probably when I also started following the San Antonio Spurs, who I love to this day.  What an amazing team, that certainly created a noteworthy aspect of the culture in the city.

Then I went on to love the good ‘ol Dallas Cowboys and Seattle Seahawks, which is crazy. The Seattle Seahawks story is interesting. A childhood friend of mine had all the helmets of the NFL teams and I decided I liked the Seattle Seahawk quite a lot!

Then later in life and very recently, (thanks to the amazing Netflix series, Welcome to Wrexham), I’ve fallen in love with English Premier League Soccer.

When I researched my 23andme and it said / guided me to know that if I did want to follow a Premier League Soccer Team given my most accurately judged location of heritage, it’s Tottenham Hotspur.  This is truly a full circle moment as they are also called “Spurs”!

Shifting back to my mascots after Elementary School, I became a mighty Apache when I attended Pease Middle School.

For High School, I was supposed to be a Holmes Husky at first, and then they built Taft High School so I was going to be a Raider instead.  However, I chose to go to the local magnet school for health sciences and ended up a Phoenix of Health Careers High School.

For college, I then went up the I-35 highway to become a Baylor Bear in Waco, TX.  After that, I journeyed up I-35 again to the University of Oklahoma (OU) to become a Sooner and as chance would have it, they won a national championship in football when I was there. 

So now, how cool would it be to have a dedicated AI create a truly unique mascot combining my Koala Bear, Apache, Phoenix, Bear, and Sooner?  

I could also do spin offs with my sports mascots and create a unique one with a Spur, Cowboy and Hotspur!  Or possibly combine all of them?!

Partnership:

All of this to say, the overarching goal and mission with All My Mascots is to weave together a social and health component to a person’s Mascots.

We want All My Mascots to be your story, and for what you wear to invite others to learn your story!
